Here, you will find words of wisdom that will guide you as Singles and young couples! What do you look for in a relationship? How is the man differ from a woman in marriage? Find out and many more in these short articles!
Mr Bones!
After God created the woman, He brought her to Adam. Guess what Adam saw first!
Her bones!!! Are you kidding me Adam? Hear what he said, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh.” Adam didn’t focus all his attention on just the beauty in her flesh alone but also on her skeletal makeup! Her inner frame! Her inner strength! Bros, when you look at a woman do you pay attention to her inner makeup at all? (Read Gen. 2: 22-23)
Content vs Container
Adam did not just see the woman from the flesh only. Adam paid attention to the content before the container! Listen, we are Spirits, living inside a body! So, the real YOU is not defined by your outward look, but your inner being! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you should disregard your body, but what I’m saying is that “a product is not defined by its container but by its content.” What makes Coke different from Fanta is not the shape, color, or size of the bottle (CONTAINER), it is the CONTENT! Read Gen. 2: 22-23
She Shall Be Called WOMAN!
Interesting! Adam gave names to all animals. But named his wife, “woman.” What a beautiful descriptive name!
If you are single and searching, may you discover your WOMAN in Jesus name!
Adam called her woman, meaning she was taken out of man! What does that really mean? It means the feminine version of man or simply, she-man or womb-man. That implies that the Woman is never in anyway inferior to the Man!!! So, Men, respect Women! No to Gender Inequalities! (Genesis 2:23)
The Man is to Live His Father & Mother!
know this before you get married!
Oh, you think it should be the woman? The bibles say “therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and shall cleave to his wife…” Yes, you heard it right! The man must disconnect from his parents and be fully connected to his wife! Leaving, before Cleaving! Bro, you are not that mummy’s baby anymore, cos marriage is for Men and not for Boys! You’ve got to be matured to manage your own home according to the leading of the master planner; God! Don’t sell your spouse to your parents! Cos you are now one with her! She’s the most important person in your life; Same is true for the woman too! Genesis 2:24
God bless you!

MEMORY VERSE: “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” – Matthew 10:28
The MESSAGE:
There is a general consensus that death is an inevitable end for mankind. But the Bible records several people who lived much longer than their contemporaries and two people –Enoch and Elijah –who did not die. Death will come at the appointed time, but you do not have to be afraid of dying. You have an assignment to fulfil, and you are not permitted to die until your specific mandate is completed.
John was the only one of the twelve disciples who died naturally, unlike the others who died under very gruesome conditions. He ceaselessly declared the gospel of Jesus Christ even while in exile. Through the Holy Spirit, he wrote, among other books, the book of Revelation which sealed the entire Scriptures. On the other hand, Peter, who was one of the foremost disciples, was killed. Both men gave a good account of their ministries and their reward will be based on how well they served rather than how long they lived. If you live in fear of death, you will always be in bondage (Hebrews 2:15). Fear will hinder you from taking steps and actions that will glorify God and bless you and mankind. God has promised you abundant life, so you do not need to be afraid of what may or may not be (Psalm 91:16; John 10:10; Ephesians 6:2-3). Dispel every fear of death so you can be free to live a life of faith in God. The abundant life given to you by Christ will make you to live a purposeful life here on earth. It will also secure your life from untimely death or any power that intends to steal it. Jesus said those that God has given Him are surely protected. Nothing and no one can steal them (John 17:12).
Moreover, God does not allow death to steal His beloved children who obey Him and keep His words because they are precious to Him as they abide in His words. God forbade satan from touching the life of Job, though satan persuaded God to give him a chance to deal with Job in trials and temptation. Mind you my friend, if you have genuinely surrendered your life to Christ, your life is secured in heaven where Christ is (Colossians 3:3). Since your life is secured in Christ, you do not need to fear death. When time comes for us to be raptured, it will be a pleasure ride to eternity to meet the saints, the Lord Jesus and God Almighty.

MOUNTAIN TOP LIFE is a daily devotional by Dr. D.K Olukoya (General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, Worldwide)
Memorise: “Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.”- Psalm 150:2
Read: Psalm 139:1-14 (KJV)
1 O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.
2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.
5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Open Heavens 12 September 2018 Wednesday MESSAGE:
One page is definitely not enough to praise this great God, neither are all the pages of this book sufficient to extol His Names. This God is greater than the greatest. Think of anything great that anyone has ever done; my God has surely done greater. In mathematics, He is the greatest. He perfectly calculated the distance needed between all the elements of the universe and their velocities, so that they move together and are just at the right distances apart to maintain a balance. He is also bigger than the biggest, so much so that He uses the whole earth as His footstool (Isaiah 66:1). For someone’s feet to be so big that He needs a footstool as large as the earth, you can be sure that He is indeed a very big fellow. No other entity is as big as this. In like manner, He is richer than the richest. My God has never gone broke, and He can never be broke. The whole earth and its fullness are His: all the natural resources and precious stones, known and unknown to man, belong to Him. He is the God that has money everywhere, even in the belly of a fish (Matthew 17:24-27). A Bible scholar once explained his take on what Jesus meant when He said He would do whatever we ask in His Name (John 14:13-14). He explained that the literal translation of that scripture to English from Greek is that even if we ask Him for anything that does not exist; He will create it and give it to us. He is so rich that He even possesses things that are not yet in existence! He can therefore never be stranded. He will show Himself through you as one who is richer than the richest in Jesus’ Name.
My God can do all things. He not only raised the dead, He also raised up dry bones and transformed them into a mighty army (Ezekiel 37:1-10). Psalm 139 says my God knows all things, and nothing is hidden from Him. He is everywhere, and so he sees everything. You can’t run away from His presence. Furthermore, He can heal all sicknesses and diseases. In Matthew 8:3, Jesus touched a man with leprosy. Not only did He not get infected with the disease, the man was also healed instantly. During one of our Holy Ghost Services in Nigeria, God instructed that all those who had incurable diseases should come to the front of the alter, and I should just walk in front of them with my prayer staff. As I did as instructed, they were getting healed. Those whose healing required surgery just fell and slept while God performed the needed operation on them with invisible hands. After that night, several people testified of getting healed of incurable diseases.
Who is God to you? Is He your doctor or your provider? Is He your helper and your friend? A popular saying goes, “show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.” If you make Jesus your friend, He will also give you the ability to do all that He can do.
Action Point:
Come to the winning side today and surrender your life to this great God.
Wednesday Hymn 13: Immortal, Invisible, God Only Wise
1. Immortal, invisible, God only wise,
In light inaccessible, hid from our eyes,
Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days,
Almighty, victorious, Thy great name we praise.
2. Unresting, unhasting, and silent as light,
Nor wanting, nor wasting, Thou rulest in might;
Thy justice, like mountains, high soaring above
Thy clouds, which are fountains of goodness and love.
3. To all, life Thou givest, to both great and small;
In all life Thou livest, the true life of all;
We blossom and flourish as leaves on the tree,
And wither and perish—but naught changeth Thee.
4. Great Father of glory, pure Father of light,
Thine angels adore Thee, all veiling their sight;
All praise we would render; oh, help us to see
’Tis only the splendor of light hideth Thee.
5. Immortal, invisible, God only wise,
In light inaccessible, hid from our eyes,
Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days,
Almighty, victorious, Thy great name we praise.

Topic: How to Maintain a Strong Faith [Seeds of Destiny 12 September 2018 Daily Devotional]
Scripture: For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
Thought For The Day: Your character determines your confidence; your conduct determines your courage.
In our previous studies, we saw the importance of faith in the life of a Christian; we saw that to be successful in life, faith is non-negotiable. We also saw how faith works; we saw that faith works by celebrating faith confirmations and also by maintaining faith associations.
Today, it is very important to continue our studies on how to maintain a strong faith.
1. By Engaging the Holy Spirit
God has not given us the spirit of fear but of love, boldness and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The Holy Spirit is the sponsor of the audacity of faith. Praying in the Spirit is key to building your faith (Jude Verse 20).
2. By Maintaining Uprightness of Life
The wicked flee when no man pursues but the righteous are as bold as a lion (Proverbs 28:1); your character determines your confidence, your conduct determines your courage. You have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide; integrity facilitates audacity, iniquity destroys audacity, and iniquity brings timidity.
3. By Refusing to put your Confidence in Man
If you want your faith to work, you must look away from man. The Bible says that they looked up to him and they were lightened, and their faces were not ashamed (Psalm 34:5). Jeremiah 17:5-7; makes us to understand that the one who looks unto man is cursed.
My counsel is, activate your faith by praying in the Holy Ghost, maintaining the life of righteousness and putting confidence in no man.
Remember this: Your character determines your confidence; your conduct determines your courage.
Assignments:
1. Make up your mind to activate a life of faith by praying in the Holy Ghost constantly.
2. Maintain an upright living and put confidence in no man.
Prayer: O LORD, I ask for the grace to pray in the Holy Ghost constantly and live an upright life. Help me not to put my confidence in man in order to develop a life of faith LORD, in Jesus’ Name.
