Topic – God’s Word: A Key to Divine Health
Scripture: They had come to hear him and to be healed, and Jesus cast out many evil spirits. Luke 6:18 (NLT)
Thought For The Day: To be worded is to be loaded with power to resist diseases and afflictions.
The Scripture makes it clear that it is the Will of God for His children to live in Divine Health (3 John 1:2). This is why He is committed to the healing and deliverance of every sickness and affliction in our bodies.
Now, one important key of living in Divine Health is the continual ingestion of the Word of God. Our anchor Scripture reveals that there is a connection between God’s Word and healing.
The question is, how does the Word of God make us live in the state of Divine Health? I give you two points:
i. The Word of God is a direct spiritual medication
God’s Word has a direct curative or therapeutic power; the Word of God has the power to heal any sickness when taken just as a person is healed when he takes medication. So, to be in touch with a new light from Scriptures is to be in touch with a new quantum of Divine health; and one word can dissolve any form of sickness in your body.
ii. The Word of God is spiritual nutrition
Just as physical nutrition is an attack on sickness, the feeding of God’s Word, which is spiritual nutrition, is an attack on sickness and diseases. Children are prone to sicknesses when they do not feed very well; and when nutrition is low, immunity is low and infection is high. In the same way, when your Word intake is low, your spiritual immunity is low and your capacity to fight affliction is also low. To be worded is to be loaded with power to resist diseases and afflictions.
My counsel is, make up your mind to be on a steady diet of God’s Word regularly. Be determined to be worded in order to live beyond the reach of afflictions.
Remember This: To be worded is to be loaded with power to resist diseases and afflictions.
Assignments:
1. Attack every sickness in your body by the instrumentality of God’s Word.
2. Make up your mind to live in Divine Health daily by increasing your intake of the Word.

Topic: Accessing God’s Presence
Scripture: Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. Psalms 100:4
Thought For The Day: It is critical to give thanks to God if you must access His Presence.
The Presence of God is the greatest asset of man on earth. If a person desires to get to the top in life and stay on top, he/she must cultivate and maintain the Presence of God in his/her life.
Now, one way or avenue of accessing God’s presence is thanksgiving. Thanksgiving gives access to God’s Presence (Psalm 100:4). People who accessed God’s Presence in the Scripture and in contemporary times praised their way into His Presence.
However, when a person comes before God with complains instead of praises, such a person will not gain access to the gates of God, let alone the courts of His Presence. It is like standing outside the gate of a man’s house trying to talk to the man who is in his bedroom.
So, it is critical to give thanks to God if you must access His Presence, and when you gain access to God’s Presence, many things happen (Psalm 100:5).
Let me give you three examples of the things that happen when you gain access to the Presence of God:
1. We encounter the manifestation of the goodness of God
It is not possible to know how to praise and not experience the goodness of God (Psalm 100:4-5).
2. We encounter the manifestation of God’s mercy
The mercy of God is located in the Presence of God; and God’s mercy preserves us from destruction (Psalm 100:4-5).
3. We encounter the manifestation of the truth of God
The truth of God is the Word of God (John 17:17, Psalm 100:4-5).
As you give God praise, you will encounter the truth that will guarantee your liberty in life, in Jesus’ Name.
Beloved, my counsel is, make up your mind to praise God always.
Remember this: It is critical to give thanks to God if you must access His Presence.
Assignments:
1. Avoid the lifestyle of complaining and murmuring.
2. Live a life of deep praise and worship.

TOPIC: Spiritual Garment and Eternity Consciousness
SCRIPTURE: And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him… Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. Zechariah 3:1-3
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is not the quality of the physical dress on your body but the purity of your spiritual garment that matters most in life.
MESSAGE: Our anchor Scripture tells us about Joshua, the High Priest. He was a minister of God who was spiritually clothed in filthy garments before the angel of the Lord but appeared clothed in a dignifying attire of a high priest in the physical. So, there are people who are clothed in royal apparel in the physical like King Solomon but appear like vultures, wearing stinky, smelly garments stained with all manner of filth in the realm of the spirit.
Beloved, it is how we look in the spirit that matters most in life. The truth is: knowing and doing what matters most in life guarantees our escape from calamities both in time and in eternity.
So, in continuation of what matters most in life, today, we are looking at:
1. The Purity of Spiritual Garment: It is not the quality of the physical dress on your body but the purity of your spiritual garment that matters most in life.

2. Where You Are Going to Spend Eternity: It is not where you are going to spend your next holidays that matters most in life but where you are going to spend your eternity. Some people are so desperate to spend their holidays abroad; they are saving money for a trip to Europe, Dubai, etc., but they are not preparing for where they are going to spend their eternity. Where you are going to spend eternity is what matters most in life.
3. The Intensity of the Right Passion: It is not what you drive but what drives you that matters most in life. Your passion determines your portion in life and in eternity.
Beloved, if you do not want to end in regrets both in time and in eternity, reorder your life and let the things that matter most in life really matter to you.
REMEMBER THIS: It is not the quality of the physical dress on your body but the purity of your spiritual garment that matters most in life.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Invest in your spiritual life; feed your spirit with the Word of God and do all you can to maintain the atmosphere of God’s Presence.
2. Live with the consciousness of eternity.

Topic: What Matters Most In Life
Scripture: Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. Ecclesiastes 12:13
Thought For The Day: It is not whether you are a citizen of a particular nation but whether you are a citizen of Heaven that matters most in life.
A good understanding of what matters most in life is very critical to living a successful and impactful life. To understand what matters most in life is to avoid aimless and wasteful living.
However, many people do not know what really matters in life, so they end up chasing shadows. There are people who have ended their journey of life in regrets because they chased shadows on earth in their lifetime.
In order to avoid eternal regrets, I give you two of the things that matter most in life so you can reorder your scale of priorities in life:
1. The Ownership of your life
It is not who you are but whose you are that matters in life. You may be a doctor, a lawyer, a millionaire, or a billionaire, it does not matter; unless you are owned by God, your life and all that you have are wastes. Your achievements on earth do not matter if you do not have a personal relationship with God.
2. Your Eternal Citizenship
Some people are proud because they are citizens of great countries like United States of America, United Kingdom, etc.; others celebrate when they acquire the citizenship of these countries. The truth is, it is not your citizenship here on earth that matters most in life but your citizenship in eternity in heaven. Having the passports of great countries of the world without having the passport of heaven is a waste of life.
Beloved, in order to live a fulfilled life on earth and end well in eternity, focus your mind on the things that matter most in life.
Remember this: It is not whether you are a citizen of a particular nation but whether you are a citizen of Heaven that matters most in life.
Assignments:
1. Relinquish the ownership of your life and possessions to God.
2. Determine to pursue having a place in heaven by drawing closer to God.

TOPIC: The Relationship Between Sin and Prayer
SCRIPTURE: The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. Proverbs 15:8
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Those who pray more sin less and those who pray less sin more.
MESSAGE: Prayer is a solemn request for help or an expression of desire and affection to God; Prayer is an act of communicating with God.
It is important to know that prayer cannot be effective until the matter of sin has been dwelt with.
The truth is, prayer and sin are mutually exclusive. They are diametrically opposed. They don’t co-exist. The decision to sin is a decision against prayer and the decision to pray is a decision against sin.
Prayer keeps people from sin and sin keeps people from praying. Those who pray more sin less and those who pray less sin more. One of the major agendas of sin is to launch an attack on the prayer life of a person.
For instance, when a person has smoked cigarette, drunk alcohol, committed immorality, taken money or something he/she was not given, told a lie, etc., the flow of prayer from such person’s mouth would be a struggle, except he/she is a chronic hypocrite. The Presence of God around that life would be lost.
Beloved, the greatest loss in life is not the loss of money, friendship or a job; the greatest loss in life is the loss of the Presence of God and relationship with the Creator. It is an eternal loss! But that shall not be your portion, in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: Those who pray more sin less and those who pray less sin more.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Confess and repent of any sin in your life.
2. Always maintain a healthy relationship with God; do not be too big to ask God for mercy
3. Ensure that your prayer life is alive; never go a day or a week without fasting or praying, it is risky.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask for Your mercy in any area I have fallen short of Your glory. Grant me the grace to maintain a buoyant relationship with You. I refuse to live with a fireless prayer life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Topic: Reliability – A Key To Authority
Scripture: Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes…and the king thought to set him over the whole realm…forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him. Daniel 6:3-4
Thought For The Day: Your voice of authority is amplified by the weight of your reliability.
Reliability refers to the quality of being trustworthy, faithful, dutiful or dependable before God and man in all you do.
From our anchor Scripture, we can see that forasmuch as Daniel was faithful or reliable, the king placed him in authority. Therefore, reliability is key to authority. Nothing takes a person up in life like faithfulness. Thus, the limit of your reliability is the limit of your authority.
Nothing gives voice like authority, and nothing reduces a person’s voice like mediocrity. Your voice of authority is amplified by the weight of your reliability. Nobody can be in authority who is not reliable. That is why it is a pity for any nation to have her leader sponsored into authority on the platform of corruption and mediocrity and not on the basis of mentality and reliability. Scarcity and underdevelopment can’t be far from such a nation.
I prophesy to Nigeria and to other African nations that the days where people of low quality mentality rule over high quality thinkers and excellent people have ended. God shall empower the reliable, faithful, excellent and the dutiful to take over authority in such nations, in Jesus’ Name.
My counsel is, be reliable and faithful to God, yourself, your family and other people.
Remember This: Your voice of authority is amplified by the weight of your reliability.
Assignments:
1. Determine to be a reliable and faithful person to God, yourself, spouse, children and other people.
2. Live your life to such a point that people can trust you even when you are not with them.
Prayer: Lord, I make demands on Your grace to be reliable, dependable and faithful to You and to people around me. Deliver me from an existence in mediocrity Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
