Topic: Limitless God

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy . . . —Zephaniah 3:17

The world’s millions could come down to the beach and reach out their hands to be filled with sea water. They could each take as much as they wanted, as much as they needed-and still the ocean would remain unchanged. Its might and power would be the same, the life in its unfathomable depths would continue unaltered, although it had supplied the needs of every single person standing with outstretched hands along its shores.

So it is with God. He can be everywhere at once, heeding the prayers of all who call out in the name of Christ; performing the mighty miracles that keep the stars in their places, and the plants bursting up through the earth, and the fish swimming in the sea. There is no limit to God. There is no limit to His wisdom. There is no limit to His power. There is no limit to His love. There is no limit to His mercy.

Prayer for the day: Almighty God, how glorious are my thoughts of You, for You are everywhere—loving and caring for the minutest details of our lives!

Topic: Keep your Dreams Alive

Memorise: “I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”- Philippians 3:14

Read: Habakkuk 2:1-3 (KJV)

1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Bible in One Year: Jeremiah 50, Luke 18:18-43

MESSAGE:
Every child of God is created to be great. Jesus, the forerunner of our faith and who our life is modeled after, was Himself great. Angel Gabriel spoke these prophetic words about Him in Luke 1:32:

“He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:”

Although, you might not feel like you are a great person in your present condition, do not lose sight of who you are. Irrespective of your current condition, God has promised to bring you to an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11). In other words, He will bring you to a place you have always dreamed of getting to. For this reason, you need to have a dream of what you want your future to look like. You must have dreams, ambitions, hopes and desire to do great things. The good news is that if your dreams are from God, they with surely come to pass if you don’t give up on them.

How does a dream possess a man’s heart? The seeds of dreams are planted in a man’s heart by God Himself. Your dream must be given to you by God for it to stand the test of time. God is the Alpha and Omega who sees the end of a thing from its beginning. He knows your future, and He knows what your capabilities are. If anyone can give you a dream that will come to pass, it is your heavenly Father. Joseph’s dreams were given to him by God, and they came to pass despite all the opposing circumstances he went through (Genesis 39-41). To receive a dream from God, let your mind be flooded with holy and righteous thoughts, so that it becomes very easy to hear and see what God has in store for you (Philippians 4:8). You also have to fertilize and water your dreams by being persistent in prayers for their fulfillment. Furthermore, you have to work hard for your dreams to come to pass. Joseph was never idle. When he was in Potiphar’s house, he was so hard working that his master left the affairs of his entire household in his hands. Even when he was in prison, he maintained a good relationship with the other inmates and was known for interpreting dreams accurately. You can’t be idle and expect your dreams to come to pass. If you expect that somehow your dreams will come to pass by prayers only, you are just joking. You have to work hard at it. Even if what you find yourself doing right now seems not to have any relevance to the attainment of your dreams, still do it diligently. Peter was a diligent fisherman, doing his job when he was linked to the fulfillment of his destiny (Matthew 4:18-19). Finally, you have to wait for your dreams to come true. No matter the situation, you are never to lose sight of the fact that your dreams will come to pass. Even when it seems like everything is working against the fulfillment of your dreams, hold on to that vision, for it will come to pass.

 Action Point:
Keep your dreams alive at all cost, and in due season they will become reality.

Thursday Hymn 10: My Faith Looks Up To Thee
1. My faith looks up to Thee,
Thou Lamb of Calvary,
Saviour divine!
Now hear me while I pray,
Take all my guilt away,
Oh, let me from this day
Be wholly Thine!

2. May Thy rich grace impart
Strength to my fainting heart,
My zeal inspire!
As Thou hast died for me,
Oh, may my love to Thee
Pure, warm, and changeless be,
A living fire!

3. While life’s dark maze I tread,
And griefs around me spread,
Be Thou my guide;
Bid darkness turn to day,
Wipe sorrow’s tears away,
Nor let me ever stray
From Thee aside.

4. When ends life’s transient dream,
When death’s cold, sullen stream
Shall o’er me roll;
Blest Saviour, then in love,
Fear and distrust remove;
Oh, bear me safe above,
A ransomed soul!

Topic: The Hidden Things of God

Blessed art thou…for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. – Matthew 16:17

Remember when you went to school and learned your ABCs? You learned them by using your five senses and your logical abilities to gather information and sort it out. That kind of knowledge is called natural knowledge and it’s the only kind most people know anything about.

But in the kingdom of God, there’s another kind of knowing. One that works its way from the inside out instead of from the outside in. It’s called revelation knowledge.

Jesus spoke about this kind of knowledge in Matthew 16. He’d just asked the disciples, “Who do you say I am?” Peter had answered Him by declaring, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

“Blessed are you, Simon,” Jesus responded, “because flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father which is in heaven.”

In other words, Jesus was saying, “Peter, you didn’t learn this information through your physical senses. You received it another way. You received it directly from God.”

If you’ve ever had a revelation like that, you know that when it comes, it changes things. It makes you see old things in an entirely new light. It gives you such unshakable confidence that, as Jesus said to Peter, “The gates of hell can’t prevail against you.”

But revelations like that don’t come easily. You have to meditate the Word and search the Spirit of God for them because they are “hidden” in Him. The Bible says God has hidden His wisdom for the saints (1 Cor. 2:7-9). Notice, He’s hidden it for you, not from you. He wants you to have it.

Don’t think, however, that God is just going to drop great revelations into your lap while you’re watching television. You have to seek Him.

If you’re hungry for revelation knowledge, get yourself in a position to receive it by meditating the Word, praying and fellowshiping with the Lord. Begin to receive those revelations from Him. It’s the most exciting kind of learning there is.

Know Your Worth Girl!

Know Your Worth Girl!

When the value of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable! Your value will determine your price tag! Every girl must read this before saying YES I do. .

First on the list is the fact that we women are not emergency creations. We are part of the plan from the inception when God said “let us make man in our image”. Male and female created He them. We are originally created by God and formed from the same source. Our production date on earth is what varies. Adam first, Eve followed.know your worth

The Bible never said that women are priceless. It clearly states that our price is far above rubies. (Pro 31:10). The worth of rubies is not in the name but in the content which is precious, of value, and rare. Women are virtuous because our Creation, Formation, and Content determine the success, prosperity, duration, fulfilment, length and breadth of greatness and life of any man who possesses us.

Rubies are very valuable, still they can be gotten with money. Our price as virtuous women is not what money can buy, yet there is a Price Tag hanging on us. Every man who wants to marry a virtuous woman must pay that Price. Our Price is the same, although the duration of payment can be long. It depends on the Man.

Transaction in Heaven is not done with money. Access to Heaven is not by financial payment. Salvation is free but not free. It is done with The Blood of the Lamb, Jesus. Thus, For God to give His Daughter to any man regardless of his financial status and position he must pay the Price. We are meant for the richest men. Hmmmm.

In essence, any man that will receive us from God must Know our God, Believe in our God, Walk with our God (most times, father in laws tell about their daughters to their son in laws when they spend time together and go for walk together), Draw close to our God, Serve the purpose of our God and Be His Son (That is the richest man. He who has God has everything we need). This is because a man who is neither a friend of God nor His son cannot understand us, cannot appreciate us and cannot value our Creation, Formation and our Content as helpers, supporters, builders, completers, and image of God who makes things happen. We’re so special.

Any man who claims to give us his heart without paying the Price is a deceiver. Any man who will have the virtuous lady must, first of all, give his heart totally to God and Observe His ways (Pro 23:26). It is now left for God to direct his heart to a safe direction where he can be fulfilled through collaboration with the divine helper Pro 21:1-2 (virtuous woman). The first person to consult when searching for a Life Partner is God.

If we as women fail to give our hearts to God, God cannot allow us to help his son (that explains why sometimes God delays His son’s prayer for a life partner because He hasn’t found the Right heart for him). God cannot trust the destiny of His son to the hands of an untried, unreformed, untested, unpurified, un-renewed hearts of a woman. Women, let’s draw close to God for Real.

When God gives we, His Daughters to His sons, it is not a Gift neither is it a charity organization activity, but He gives us to His sons as His property to be cared for, valued, nourished, protected, account for and be responsible for (Pro 18:22). Any man who fails God in carrying out these responsibilities hinders his own prayers. You cannot maltreat the princess and expect the King to grant your request. He who maltreat God’s daughter incurs God’s wrath. We are so special.

God who puts a Price tag on us did that for His Kingdom expansion purpose and for our highest safety and security. When God give us His sons, He wants us to work with them and make their visions evidently visible, affect life positively and expand His Kingdom. We cannot expand God’s kingdom when we go against His will and make the devil our father in law. May God help us. Don’t marry anybody anyhow!.

Truly the man is the head, but we the women determine the status of that head in life. We the virtuous women are Crowns on our husband’s head, but the other women are thorns in his flesh, a rottenness in his bone. So all run in a race but only one gets the crown. Some men don’t wear crowns because NOT ALL OF THEM CAN CONTROL THEIR BODY AND DESIRES TO BE PATIENT AND PAY THE PRICE FOR THE CROWN. We can’t afford to marry lazy men. Hmmmm.

My fellow virtuous women, let’s go for the men who have paid the Price. If he is not saved he is not safe. And the fact that he is saved doesn’t mean he is made for you; he might not have your packages. Let God appoint His son who will be your King. Let’s make our men proud of us. Let’s avoid idleness. Get understanding, get wisdom, and get knowledge. To the married women, discover your purpose in that home. When the purpose of an existence is not known, abuse is inevitable. Love your God through undivided Love to your husband and your seeds. Win souls for God through your Union. End of discussion.

Topic: Praying a “Right Now” Prayer

We often hear about a prayer need or think about a situation and say to ourselves, I need to pray about that later when I pray.

That thought is a stall tactic of the enemy. Why not pray right that minute? Procrastination is one of the major things that Satan uses to keep us from ever doing the right thing. Never put off until later what you can do right now!

Prayer would be easy if we just followed our hearts, but Satan wants us to procrastinate because he is hoping that we will forget the matter entirely.

A grateful heart is already focused on the Lord and ready to pray at any moment. Praying as we sense the desire or need to pray is easy to do, and it is the way we can pray continually and stay connected to God in every situation throughout the day.

Prayer Starter: Father, I thank You for the power of prayer. When there is a prayer need that comes to my attention, I’m going to talk to You about it immediately. Thank You that You are always ready to hear my prayer. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
